Shipping & Delivery

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Italy.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
We do not charge shipping costs.

International deliveries:
The shipping costs for international deliveries depend on the respective country of delivery. The exact shipping costs will be calculated during the order process based on the country of delivery and will be shown separately before you place your order.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 1 – 3 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 – 7 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
