Returns & Return Label

You can return your order free of charge within the statutory withdrawal period of 30 days after receiving the goods. Please note that we only provide the return label in digital form – postal delivery is not possible. Ensure that your return is well-packaged to prevent damage during transport. Please avoid returning items in envelopes.

Important Note: A credit will only be issued once the complete return has been received by us. This also applies to exclusive additions (e.g., goodies or order gifts) supplied with certain products, as these are specifically tied to the purchase of a particular product. Of course, any free samples are exempt from this.

If these items are missing from the return, they will be charged to you or deducted from the credit amount. Please note that processing returns can take up to 30 days.

Request a Return Label

To receive a return label, please send us a short message via our contact form and include "Return" and your order number in the "Message" section.

Refund

The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original order. For credit card payments, the amount will also be transferred back to the credit card. For bank transfers, we will need your bank details for the refund.

Can I return all items?

Unfortunately not. Items considered "hygiene articles" (i.e., those that have come into contact with skin or hair or are intended for such use) cannot be returned. This also includes used shampoos or similar products.
